Villa Gardens is a Continuing Care Retirement Community that offers a wide range of financial options to fit your budget. Inclusive monthly fees begin as low as $2,300 for a studio with balcony to $3,645 for our most luxurious two-bedroom deluxe with balcony. Entrance fees vary depending on the home you choose.

We also offer a month-to-month option with no entrance fee. Under the month-to-month plan, inclusive monthly fees begin as low as $3,705 for a studio with balcony to $6,971 for our most luxurious two-bedroom deluxe with balcony.

All fees include weekly housekeeping and linen service, one meal per day in our restaurant-style dining room, basic utilities, pull-cord emergency alert system, indoor and outdoor maintenance, reserved parking, scheduled transportation within Pasadena, a variety of planned social opportunities and fitness classes.
