You may choose to indulge in the daily buffet, salad bar or choose a favorite item from our menu available from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wine and beer are available with both lunch and dinner. And once a year, our residents are treated to the chef’s special six-course dinner. Some of James' specialties include cold poached salmon with dill cucumber sauce served on a bed of mixed baby greens, marinated asparagus and mushrooms and for dessert, fresh strawberry shortcake.
