At Villa Gardens dining is a delectable experience.
We’re
all about good food, choice and convenience when it comes to dining.
And the proof is in the pudding. Our Chef Juan creates three delicious
and healthful dining experiences a day. You may choose to indulge
in the daily buffet, salad bar or choose a favorite item from our
menu available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wine and beer are available
with both lunch and dinner. And once a year, our residents are treated
to the chef’s special six-course dinner. Some of Juan’s specialties
include Cold Poached Salmon with Dill Cucumber Sauce served on a
bed of Mixed Baby Greens, Marinated Asparagus and Mushrooms and for
dessert, fresh Strawberry Shortcake.
