Our residents at Villa Gardens have a genuine passion for life. That means a dedication and zeal for preserving physical and spiritual vitality. Our Lacy Park Walkers is a group of residents who meet each day to take an invigorating walk around the beautiful tree-lined park. For some residents, our state-of-the-art fitness and aquatics center is a regular part of their lives. And many work their body and spirit in our yoga and tai chi classes, programs customized with the older participant in mind. We have an on-campus massage therapist, Tom Saulnier, with a keen interest in the healing arts. And our senior fitness training specialist, Bob Fitzgerald, is an example of the wonders that proper fitness and health awareness can do for you.

Combining fun and enjoyable yet rigorous cognitive exercises with the latest touch screen technology, the BrainFitness System is the perfect tool to help maintain brain health and mental acuity. The BrainFitness System is designed for use by virtually all seniors, from those with the sharpest minds to seniors who have mild cognitive impairment, those at risk for Alzheimer's disease, and even those with moderate dementia.
